Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and a Master of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship or family concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and integrative, drawing from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can develop practical skills, gain greater self-understanding, and make meaningful, lasting changes.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to begin getting to know you and understand what brought you to therapy, what you hope will change, and what feels most important to address. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns as well as the experiences and relationships that may provide helpful context. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals for therapy and a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you. Most importantly, I want you to feel welcomed, respected, and comfortable being yourself in a warm, non-judgmental environment.
