Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm glad you're here. If you've been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure of how to move forward, you're not alone. Life's challenges can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and the people we care about, but meaningful change is possible. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Wisconsin, I work with adults to create a supportive, compassionate space where you can feel understood, build resilience, and take confident steps toward the life you want.

I believe therapy should feel personal, collaborative, and centered around your unique experiences. My work focuses on helping adults navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, stress, and other emotional challenges while building practical coping skills and lasting confidence. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths and create meaningful change that extends beyond our sessions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, client-centered, and tailored to your individual needs because no two healing journeys are the same. I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). While these approaches provide effective tools, our sessions are never one-size-fits-all. Together, we'll explore what's been weighing on you, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies that fit your life. I strive to create an environment where you feel safe asking difficult questions, processing painful experiences, and celebrating progress along the way. Therapy is a partnership, and I'm committed to helping you feel supported, empowered, and hopeful throughout your journey.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope will be different in your life. I'll take time to understand your story, your strengths, and what's most important to you so we can create a plan that feels personalized and achievable. There is no pressure to share everything at once. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and comfortable knowing you have a safe space to return to. Taking the first step into therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to support you as you begin building greater clarity, resilience, and lasting change.
