Great to meet you!

Since becoming a licensed mental health professional in 2002, I have learned so much about what works and helps people achieve goals. I use an integrative approach. We will partner to tailor techniques to reach your healthiest path. An experienced counselor can relieve stress and help you achieve peace and balance.

I believe in the healing potential of each of us. I offer warmth, acceptance, non judgement and caring to my clients to create a space for exploring, learning, healing and growing.

My approach to therapy

My style is one of acceptance and warmth, valuing the connection and uniqueness in each relationship. I prefer an integrative approach to tailor the best interventions for reaching your goals in a meaningful way for you. Therapeutic approaches include Humanistic, interpersonal, Mindfulness Based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Informed.

What you can expect from me

As a client you can expect to feel heard, valued and come away from the session with tools for improving your emotional well being. Most people report feeling better after their first session and in subsequent sessions developing greater awareness and skills for continuing to improve.
