A bit about my approach to therapy

I will help you process your experiences and explore coping skills to get through being stuck. In applying an eclectic style, I pull elements from psychodynamic, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy as well as post induction therapy modalities to meet clients’ individual needs. I bring compassion, encouragement, and perspective to every session.
