Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in individual, family, couples and adult psychotherapy. I have worked with individuals in a variety of capacities as an educator, advocate and psychotherapist. I feel I have leveraged these experiences and, over the past several years, have further developed and employed my expertise as a psychotherapist in private practice. In this time, one thing has remained constant in all of my work – my heart and passion for helping people.

My approach to therapy

I utilize several different approaches to therapy for which I have received training, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focus Therapy. I work to develop a meaningful therapeutic relationship with each client in order to encourage and support them through their mental health recovery.
