My approach to therapy

I believe that meaningful change begins with providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where one is more likely to process thoughts vs. being reactive or defensive. My practice focuses on helping individuals navigate life's challenges by tailoring care directly to a person’s goals and motivation levels. I would describe my style as eclectic, integrative, and client centered.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session (often called an intake) sets the foundation for your care. You will primarily review informed consent, privacy rights (HIPAA), and practice policies (billing, co-payments, cancellation boundaries and any related fees).

"During this part of the session, you will be asked to share what brought you to therapy. You will participate in a biopsychosocial interview, where you will be asked to answer a series of questions will help create a more holistic view of your life. This assessment explores how your biology, psychology, and social environment uniquely impact your overall well-being.
