I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have my bachelors in criminal justice from Wayne State and my masters in social work from Wayne state.

Out of school, I worked in the correctional system, along with community mental health soon after getting my full license I went private practice

I am trained in family systems with an emphasis on marriage and couples therapy.

I am also a veteran and consider myself a specialist with military experiences in relation to the mental health field.

Other areas of expertise for me are

Addiction, anger management, issues with parenting, OCD, personality disorders, and complex trauma

I use the direct style approach for therapy. It focuses on a solution based formula, that can assist with complex traumas as well as all other mental health concerns.

Treatment plan normally be conducted within the first second session. A assessment will be completed at first session. I will also go over my methods (direct therapy) to ensure that the clients understand what that means and to ensure that it’s a good client Therapist relationship.
