Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist in Oregon who helps adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and major life transitions. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I am passionate about creating a safe, inclusive space where clients can show up authentically and feel fully seen and respected. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care. I specialize in helping clients understand how past experiences shape current patterns while building practical skills for lasting change. Therapy with me is a space where you can feel understood, challenged, and supported as you create a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

Therapy should be a place where you can bring your whole self without fear of being judged or misunderstood. My role is to help you make sense of your experiences, recognize patterns that no longer serve you, and build confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges. Together, we focus on tools for meaningful change that feels sustainable, authentic, and consistent with what you want to achieve.

What you can expect from me

The first few sessions are an opportunity for us to get to know one another and develop a shared understanding of what brings you to therapy. I take a thoughtful and comprehensive approach to assessment, exploring your history, current concerns, strengths, and goals while respecting your pace and comfort level. If sensitive or traumatic experiences become relevant, we will discuss them collaboratively and only with your consent, ensuring you remain in control of your therapeutic journey.
