Great to meet you!

"Many hands make light work." This quote reminds us that the challenges we carry can feel lighter when we do not have to face them alone. I am also inspired by the idea of infinite diversity in infinite combinations: the belief that each person’s unique identity, history, strengths, and experiences deserve to be honored. I began my career in community mental health 23 years ago, working with adults living with severe mental illnesses. Over time, that experience deepened my belief that mental health deserves the same care, attention, and dignity as physical health. This conviction ultimately led me to become a licensed clinical social worker.

If you are an adult navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, or other major stressors, I want you to know that support is available. My goal is to offer a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered as you work through life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify, understand, and reframe unhelpful thought patterns. I may also incorporate Exposure and Response Prevention when supporting clients with anxiety-related concerns, along with other techniques tailored to your unique needs, values, and goals. Above all, my approach is client-centered, collaborative, and grounded in compassion, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all path toward healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will take time to get to know you and explore the experiences, concerns, or life changes that brought you to therapy. We will also begin identifying your goals and creating a treatment plan that can guide our work together at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you.

You do not have to face life’s challenges alone. Together, we can chart a course toward healing, growth, and a future that feels more aligned with who you are and where you want to go.
