Great to meet you!
I was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina and up until early 2025 when I moved to Mount Holly, North Carolina, lived there for my entire life. I have worked in the Mental Health and Early Childhood fields since 1994 with a diverse population set, with ages ranging from four through late and aging adulthood. Throughout my life, I have always played the “helper” and “peacemaker” roles, and out of my love of nurturing human relationships, I naturally gravitated to studying Psychology and Clinical Social Work. I thoroughly enjoy working with people to help them create and grow into their “Quality World” through finding their inner strength and building resilience as we do the tough (but rewarding) therapeutic work. I am a member of the National Association of Forensic Counselors and the American Academy of Certified Forensic Counselors, and I routinely consult with local Mental Health agencies that provide community support to fragile populations.
