Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals through life transitions, emotional challenges, and behavioral health needs. My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), helping clients build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with what matters most to them.

I’ve spent much of my career working with adults and seniors, including those facing grief, anxiety, depression, and changes in health or independence. Clients often describe me as calm, steady, and easy to talk to. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach focuses on helping clients identify what matters most and develop tools they cab use independently, so they feel capable and empowered.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a calm, welcoming environment where we explore goals together and begin building a plan that feels manageable and hopeful.
