Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical mental health therapist with a master's in clinical mental health counseling and a bachelor's in nursing. I've worked across many settings and age groups, but I find the deepest fulfillment supporting women and girls through anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions , or whatever circumstances they're facing. My style is warm, friendly, and genuine-I create a safe space where you can feel truly heard and be exactly yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Think of me as your navigation system while you stay in the driver's seat-I guide, but you choose the direction. I weave in mindfulness so you can stay grounded in the present moment, where the real change actually happens. I love connecting the mind and body, sharing simple neuroscience to help you understand why you think and feel the way you do, and gently shining light on unhelpful patterns so you can create meaningful shifts in your life.

What you can expect from me

From the beginning we will move at a gentle pace, because opening up to someone new can feel intimidating. My goal is to make you feel safe and supported, never stressed. We'll start building mindfulness habits, like a quick one-to-two sentence journal note about your anxiety level and what triggered it, so we can notice patterns without it feeling like homework. From there, we'll pinpoint what brings you in, then create a collaborative plan so you know exactly where we're headed and how we'll get there, one small step at a time.
