Great to meet you!

I work with people who are navigating life changes, anxiety, relationship struggles, past experiences that still linger, or simply a sense that they want more out of life than just getting through the day. Together, we create a space where you can be honest, curious, and real—without pressure or judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is flexible and tailored to you. Some days that might look like talking things through and gaining insight; other days it might be learning practical tools to help you feel more grounded, manage stress, or respond differently to difficult situations. I also help clients explore different parts of themselves—the ones that feel anxious, protective, or stuck—so you can better understand yourself and move forward with more clarity and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel cold or overly clinical. It can be a place where you feel seen, supported, and challenged in a way that actually helps you grow. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I truly respect the courage it takes to reach out.
