My approach to therapy

My specialties include working with both children and adults, individuals, or parents with children, anxiety, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma, EMDR therapy, early intervention, ADHD and autism diagnosing, and life coaching. For adults, I am trauma informed, can utilized EMDR as requested, or DBT skills. I encourage growth with patience.

What you can expect from me

The first session is to get to know one another and complete assessment questions. I will go at your pace. When you come to see me I will provide a gentle, compassionate, safe space for you to process and together come up with a treatment plan that focuses on tools to help you on your journey or to help with whatever it is you're going through.
