I am passionate about the work I do and always striving to make a difference! My specialized experience includes helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, parenting issues, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I use an individualized treatment approach with each of my clients that will include various techniques such as Strengths-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
