Great to meet you!

I love being a therapist and feel deeply honored to be part of some of the most meaningful conversations a person can have — the ones about how to get the most out of life and our relationships.

Being human is not easy. We have the incredible power to shape and be shaped by others, and while that connection can be beautiful, it can also lead to pain, confusion, or even lasting harm. Therapy is a space to look honestly at all the pieces — the ones we chose, and the ones we didn’t — and begin to decide what to do with them.

If you're feeling stuck, uncertain, or just ready to explore what’s next, I’m here to help you navigate that path with curiosity, compassion, and clarity.

My approach to therapy

I use a warm, collaborative approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, EMDR, and existential perspectives. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation—one that helps you gain insight, process emotions, and create meaningful change in your life. My goal is to cultivate a judgement-free zone where you are free to hear youself.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, clients can expect a thoughtful mix of humor, vivid imagery (I think in pictures!), and a deep, curious dive into the heart of the issue. Together, we’ll explore how the past continues to influence the present, all while mapping a path toward the future you want to create.
