Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Theda. With over 25 years of experience in the mental health and addiction fields, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, groups, and families in various clinical settings, including inpatient, outpatient, in-home, and group homes. My journey in mental health began with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Education in Agency Counseling from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma, grief and loss, and working with culturally diverse groups. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that diversity, equity, and inclusion are fundamental to the healing process. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where all clients feel valued and understood.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate and non-judgmental space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences together. Whether you're dealing with trauma, navigating grief, or seeking support as part of a culturally diverse group, I am here to help you on your journey toward healing and growth.
