Great to meet you!

I believe that the most important factor of successful treatment starts with establishing a genuine therapeutic relationship. I have over 20 years of experience working with children, adults and families with co-occurring disorders, and the expectation is that each client is treated with dignity and respect. There is a higher calling on my life to serve people and this combines with education, training and life experience to better connect with others while assisting in the healing process.

My approach to therapy

I serve individuals who are interested in improving their lives by understanding their emotions and how those emotions are affecting their behaviors and actions. I use an empathic approach to counseling that combines Solution Focused Brief Therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as other evidence-based approaches. I respect the client’s autonomy, therefore the therapeutic process is guided by the client and I also meet every person wherever they are in their journey of healing.

What you can expect from me

I have assisted clients with insight building, empowerment and healing that leads to meaningful change and growth in desired areas that results in a more fulfilling life experience. Therapy can be viewed as a launching pad to accomplishing goals as you begin to embrace and live your best life.
