Great to meet you!

Greetings, my name is Therasa Miles-Greasley. I am a highly skilled and compassionate psychological counselor, with over 20 years of experience positively impacting clients by assisting clients in enhancing their lives to more fulfilling states of being.

Each client I encounter is unique and seeking counseling for reasons specific to him/her/them, thus I'm trained in several counseling modalities to confidently provide counseling services to enlighten clients on their journey to life enrichment.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In my practice, I counsel individuals, couples, and families facing an array of issues such as relationship struggles, work difficulties, daily life challenges, spiritual conflicts, emotional crises, etc.

As we enter into a client/counselor relationship, it is vitally important to know you are entering into a gracious environment that is filled with empathy and a keenness to assist you toward the resolution of the issues that brought you to counseling.

What you can expect from our first session

During our initial session, we will establish rapport, build the counseling foundation, and gather information to create your personal treatment plan goals and objectives.

I am a strong advocate that strengthening mental health will directly improve physical health and vice versa. Thus, my drive is to continue to be the catalyst for enlightenment for others on their life enrichment journey.
