Great to meet you!

I was born and raised in Chicago, and my early years were shaped by challenges that taught me resilience, empathy, and the importance of being truly heard. Those experiences didn’t define me, but they deeply influenced my desire to help others express their feelings, identify their emotions, and process their pain with dignity.

With over 14+ years of counseling experience, I bring loyalty, compassion, and a steady presence to every session. I believe in creating a non‐judgment zone where people can show up exactly as they are. My values guide the way I care for clients — with grace, integrity, and a genuine love for people. My eclectic approach allows me to use CBT, behavioral techniques, and other modalities to meet each person’s unique needs.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is eclectic, which means I don’t believe in a one‐size‐fits‐all method. Instead, I use whatever tools, strategies, and modalities best support each client’s unique needs in the moment. Over 14+ years of experience, I’ve learned that people heal in different ways — and honoring that individuality is essential.

Being eclectic allows me to draw from CBT, behavioral techniques, solution‐focused work, mind‐body approaches, and other evidence‐based practices. I blend these methods with intuition, compassion, and strong moral values to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered.

This flexibility means I can meet clients exactly where they are — whether they need structure, reflection, emotional processing, skill‐building, or simply a steady, non‐judgmental presence. My goal is always to help clients express what they feel, identify it clearly, and process it with dignity.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is calm, welcoming, and completely judgment‐free. I take time to help you feel comfortable and safe, then we talk about what brought you in and what you hope to work through. You can share as much or as little as you’re ready for — I listen with compassion, patience, and genuine care.

I explain my eclectic approach, how I tailor therapy to your needs, and what our next steps might look like. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling understood, supported, and confident that you’re in a space built for your healing.
