Great to meet you!

Some of what you are carrying has been there so long it just feels like part of you. I work with adults, particularly women, who are navigating trauma, PTSD, domestic violence, and addiction. Many of my clients have survived experiences that were never fully named or addressed, and they are ready to work through what those experiences left behind. I bring a steady presence to every session, focused on your strengths and on what is possible from where you are right now. I also work with complex emotional patterns including anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship difficulties.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we focus on what actually happened to you, not just what you are feeling in the moment. Healing from trauma and abuse means understanding how those experiences shaped the way you see yourself, relate to others, and move through the world. We work at your pace, building tools to manage intense emotions, process painful memories, and create patterns that serve your life going forward. I draw on approaches tailored to each person, so our work fits who you are and what you actually need.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a conversation. I want to understand where you are and what you are hoping to find. There is no pressure to share more than you are ready for, and we will move at a pace that feels manageable. If you are wondering whether this kind of work could help, reach out. You have already done hard things. This does not have to be one of them.
