Great to meet you!

I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner ( medication provider) who believes mental health care should feel collaborative, supportive, and judgment-free. I work with adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and challenges related to stress and life transitions. I believe you know yourself best, and my role is to listen, help make sense of what you’re experiencing, and work with you to develop a treatment plan that fits your needs and your life. I tend to be holistic and try to work things you enjoy or need into our care.

My approach to therapy

I take a practical, individualized approach to mental health care. I want to understand the whole picture—your symptoms, experiences, relationships, stressors, strengths, and what you want to be different. We’ll discuss treatment options together, including medication when appropriate, so you understand the why behind your care and have a voice in the decisions we make.

What you can expect from me

Our first visit is primarily about getting to know you and understanding what brought you in. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, your history, what has or hasn’t helped before, and what you hope to accomplish with treatment. You can expect a comfortable, straightforward conversation and to leave with a clearer understanding of possible next steps.
