Great to meet you!

Life can change in ways we never expected. Whether you’re facing stress, grief, health challenges, relationship difficulties, family changes, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked with children, teens, adults, and families navigating life’s challenges and transitions. My approach is warm, practical, and nonjudgmental. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, develop healthy coping skills, improve relationships, and create meaningful changes that support long-term emotional wellness.

Many of my clients aren’t looking to become a different person they’re looking to become the healthiest, strongest version of themselves. My goal is to help you get there.

My approach to therapy

I believe most people already have strengths they can build on, even when life feels overwhelming. My role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can better understand what’s happening, identify patterns that may be getting in the way, and develop practical tools for moving forward. Whether you’re facing a difficult transition, relationship challenge, emotional struggle, or helping your child navigate life’s ups and downs, we’ll work together to build resilience, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a conversation. We’ll talk about what has been going on, what you want to feel or handle differently, and what support would be most helpful. You won’t have to share everything at once. Future sessions focus on small, meaningful steps toward feeling better and moving forward.
