Great to meet you!

Life brings many challenges. Possibly, you are feeling out of balance with the pressures of work and/or personal relationships. Maybe, anxiety and stress are causing you to lose sleep, feel depressed or act out with excessive behaviors; such as drinking too much, overeating or experiencing repetitive, self-defeating thoughts. With over 18 years of clinical work, combined with personal experiences, extending support through some of life’s overwhelming seasons has become my niche'. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, burnout, relationship patterns, and emotional shifts (hello menopause)- especially when traditional therapy alone hasn't been enough.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends evidence-based counseling (CBT, ACT) with holistic tools such as energy work, auricular acupuncture, somatic techniques (and birth chart readings for those who are curious....) to support mind-body-spirit alignment.

I offer a compassionate space where you can unpack what’s heavy, reconnect with your voice, and create meaningful change from the inside out. Whether you're feeling stuck, starting over, or simply ready to show up more fully for yourself—you're in the right place. I look forward to hearing from you!

What you can expect from me

1. Clarity and Self-Awareness Clients walk away with a deeper understanding of their emotional patterns, core beliefs, and how past experiences shape present behaviors—without judgment, just insight.

2. Tools for Emotional Regulation From evidence-based practices like CBT and ACT to somatic and spiritual tools, clients learn how to manage anxiety, overwhelm, and reactivity in real time.

3. Reconnection with Inner Voice Clients often come in feeling lost or silenced—by caregiving roles, trauma, or societal expectations. Through our work, they begin to reclaim their voice and speak their truth unapologetically.

4. Integration of Mind, Body, and Spirit This isn’t just talk therapy. I help clients tune into their nervous system, intuition, and inner wisdom using holistic modalities.

5. Permission to Evolve Many clients leave with permission to rewrite their story, break inherited patterns, and move toward choices that feel aligned with who they are becoming—not who they've been expected to be.

6. Practical Changes That Stick Together, we build sustainable tools for boundary-setting, healthy relationships, and self-care routines.

I’d be glad to connect if our schedules align.
