In my 20 years of practice, I have been honored to work with an array of people who have graciously allowed me the honor to walk and challenge them towards their best outcomes/goals. I place a strong emphasis on connectedness, ensuring there is energy propelling us towards solutions all while being direct, humorous and open to the paths that you believe are best for you. Like in The Wiz (or Wizard of Oz - whatever your preference), I am not actually magical but I will work really hard to partner with you to unlock the potential you already possess....it's there and I am here to help you identify and expand it.

I am a Relational-Cultural therapist with Adlerian and Humanistic underpinnings. Translating that from therapy-speak, it means I seek to create a growth-fostering environment for clients while listening intently for their needs and how I can best partner to aid towards their goals. I am a huge believer in our bigger purpose and responsibility to our community and world; I also believe it is not my responsibility to "Amen" or agree with everything you present but I will regard your humanity with utmost respect and love.

You can expect to see my personality a bit but mostly to speak to what you expect to be different from our time together; if I know what you'd expect from a few sessions, then I can be honesty if I am able to partner and help or if I know a colleague that may be your better fit. I'd love to work with everyone, but my commitment is to your optimal life, even if it's with another resource of provider.
