Great to meet you!

Warm • Collaborative • Trauma-Informed • Evidence-Based

Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and easy to talk to. I believe people heal best in a safe, trusting relationship where they feel truly heard and understood. My training in both psychology and social welfare allows me to see concerns through both an inner emotional lens and the broader life contexts that shape well-being. I work collaboratively, honoring your pace, your strengths, and your lived experience.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and tailored to your needs. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, trauma-focused care, EMDR, mind–body strategies, and self-regulation skills. Sessions may include exploring patterns, strengthening coping skills, processing difficult emotions, or rebuilding clarity and confidence. I balance insight with practical tools, creating a space that is supportive, nonjudgmental, and centered on what feels most helpful to you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and understand what brings you in. We'll talk about your concerns, your hopes for therapy, and what feels most important right now. I’ll ask gentle, collaborative questions to help us create a plan that fits your goals. You can expect a calm, supportive environment where there is no pressure to have everything figured out, but just space to begin.
