Great to meet you!

I was raised to always be willing to help those in need, which naturally led me to this work. I have worked in the mental health field assisting at-risk youth, adults, and others in the community. I have come to realize that everyone needs someone willing to come alongside them in their time of need.

I actively listen and promote open communication that fosters an environment of self-discovery and personal development. You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where your voice is heard and your experiences are validated.

I believe you already have what is needed to accomplish your goals, and it is my job to partner with you to achieve them. I will help you by facilitating your personal growth and development. Through this journey, you will be empowered to set new goals and use what you have learned to achieve them.

My approach to therapy

Making the decision to start therapy is a big step in the right direction. I commend you on beginning your journey. I specialize in working with individuals navigating life transitions. I take a client-centered, collaborative approach and provide a safe, supportive environment where you can focus on your needs and goals.

I use various therapies that provide you with the opportunity to explore the thoughts and feelings impacting your life. I will assist you in recognizing your capacity for growth and self-healing. Your progress toward your goals will be my main focus, and together we will take the steps to make it happen.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. Over time, we will focus on the goals that are most important to you. It's completely normal to feel nervous, and we'll take it one step at a time.
