Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health professional with a background in counseling and over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and am dedicated to providing evidence-based therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, and stress management. I strive to create a safe, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to achieve their goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I draw from evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Music Therapy, tailoring each session to fit the individual needs and goals of my clients. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions. Together, we work to build resilience, foster personal growth, and develop practical strategies for coping with life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my clients can expect a warm, welcoming environment where they are encouraged to share their story at their own pace. I focus on building trust and understanding, taking time to discuss your goals, concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll identify priorities and begin to outline a plan for moving forward. My aim is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and empowered from the very beginning of your therapeutic journey.
