Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin? You don’t have to figure it out alone. Together, we can untangle what’s getting in the way and help you move toward a life that feels more manageable and meaningful. Therapy is a space to learn new coping skills, better understand your thoughts and feelings, and improve your relationships so you can feel more grounded and in control.

My approach to therapy

I have extensive experience supporting people living with Bipolar Disorder and ADHD, including challenges with concentration and memory. I hold an MSW and a certificate in Advanced Clinical Dementia Practice, and I also work with depression, anxiety, and grief and loss. In our work together, you can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and supported at your own pace.
