Great to meet you!

My style of therapy is a nonjudgmental and meeting you where you are. Some people are not ready to change or don't want to change or just want a friendly ear. That is where I am best suited, it is whatever you need. If you need someone funny, that's me, if you need someone to challenge you, I can do that also.

My approach to therapy

The therapeutic relationship is more important that any approach or style. If a structured environment is what you need, I will provide that. If you want someone more relaxed, we can do that. If the focus needs to be on how to stop the pattern of anxious thinking, that is what it will be. I meet you where you are and we together come up with the best way to address any concerns or issues you have.

What you can expect from me

Another perspective, I will not tell anyone they are doing someone wrong, that is not my place or job. My job is to help you explore your own thoughts and feelings and how those impact daily relationships with others. If there is a issue you are having I can help explore the issue by providing an alternative perspective and that will open up new conversations and insight.
