My approach to therapy

I draw from a wide range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Problem-Solving Therapy, Seeking Safety, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy to tailor care to each client.
