Great to meet you!
I worked in various inpatient mental health facilities, assisted individuals with learning disabilities, helped others with chronic illnesses, taught people ways to manage life traumas, and guided people who suffered with grief.

I use an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of evidence-based techniques. My work includes client-centered principles, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) strategies, and solution-focused brief therapy interventions. By integrating these approaches, I tailor treatment to align with each individual’s unique goals, strengths, and specific circumstances.
The first session focuses on building rapport and gathering information about the client’s reasons for seeking services. During this time, we will explore current concerns, relevant history, strengths, and treatment goals. This initial meeting provides a supportive space for clients to ask questions, clarify expectations, and begin developing a collaborative plan tailored to their unique needs.
