Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Tiara, and I'm glad you're here. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience supporting individuals in community mental health, private practice, and workplace well-being. I work with adults, including young adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, relationship challenges and experiences that can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself. I especially enjoy helping people who are used to putting others first reconnect with themselves and their own needs. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself while working toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, you can expect a warm, collaborative approach that is tailored to you. We’ll explore patterns and experiences that may be affecting you today, while also looking at thoughts and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck. We’ll identify what matters most to you and develop practical strategies that support the changes you want to make. I’ll meet you where you are, while also gently challenging you when it can help you grow.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and explore what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’d like support with, and what you hope will be different as a result of therapy. You don’t have to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin. We’ll take things at a pace that feels comfortable while beginning to identify what you’d like us to focus on together. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clear about our next steps.
