Greetings!, welcome to Thinkwell MindSpa. I am Tiauna, and I am a licensed counselor (LCPC). I have worked with a diverse population of clients in various clinical settings. I utilize an eclectic approach to meet people where they are and to promote mental wellness.
I have a non-authoritative approach and compassionate approach to therapy. I use evidence based interventions to support clients with creating change, challenging negative thoughts and learning to think well.
I enjoy cultivating a safe and warm environment where my clients can feel free to share without fear of judgment. In therapy I will help you learn more about yourself on a deeper level, build upon your strengths, and challenge yourself. Together, we will tailor treatment to help you to overcome challenges.
