Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with specialized training and expertise in caring for adolescents, adults, and older adults across a wide range of mental health concerns — including anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and attention or concentration challenges. I combine medication management with supportive, collaborative therapy, meaning I bring both clinical precision and genuine human connection to every appointment. I offer flexible scheduling and convenient telehealth options, so accessing quality care fits into your life rather than disrupting it. Most importantly, I am committed to creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard and supported — because I believe that is the foundation of meaningful healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in collaboration, compassion, and evidence-based practice. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution, I work closely with you to understand your unique symptoms, goals, values, and lifestyle — and then develop a treatment plan that genuinely fits who you are. I integrate medication management with supportive therapy so we can address both the biological and emotional dimensions of your well-being. I believe healing is not something I do to you, but something we pursue together, with me walking alongside you every step of the way and helping you build the resilience and insight needed for lasting, meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect to be met with warmth, patience, and a genuine curiosity about your story. This is a time for us to get to know one another — I will ask questions to better understand what you have been experiencing, what has brought you to seek support, and what goals matter most to you. There is no pressure to have everything figured out; this is simply the beginning of a collaborative conversation. You will leave with a clearer sense of the direction we might take together, and most importantly, you will have had the experience of being listened to in a safe, nonjudgmental space — because that, in itself, is where the journey toward healing begins.
