Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS), I bring more than a decade of clinical experience helping children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate life's most difficult challenges. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, addiction, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or behavioral concerns, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to your unique needs.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, cultural humility, and clinical excellence. I integrate psychological theory, attachment theory, trauma-informed care, family systems, criminogenic risk and need principles, and evidence-based interventions to help clients better understand themselves and create meaningful, sustainable change. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to explore difficult experiences while building practical skills for everyday life.
