Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Tiffani, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience across various healthcare specialties. I believe that the mind and body are connected, so I take a holistic approach to your care. I hold a Master’s degree in Nursing and specialize in helping people manage anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach combines thoughtful medication management with compassionate talk therapy, all tailored to your unique needs. I’m here to offer a safe, judgment-free space where you can feel truly heard and supported on your path to wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized. I work closely with each client to understand their unique experiences and goals, blending medication management with supportive talk therapy to create a balanced and effective treatment plan. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions, but I tailor my approach to fit your individual needs.

I deeply embrace diversity and am committed to providing a respectful, inclusive space for all clients. I proudly offer gender-affirming care and support people of all identities, backgrounds, and walks of life. My goal is to help you feel safe, valued, and empowered throughout your healing journey.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and explore your current challenges and goals. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your story. We’ll discuss your mental health history, any symptoms you’re experiencing, and what you hope to achieve through treatment.

By the end of the session, we’ll have a better understanding of your needs and start to develop a personalized plan that might include therapy, medication, or a combination of both. My aim is to help you feel heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
