Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Tiffany. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Educational Psychology Doctorate from the University of Missouri, and I've been practicing therapy for several decades.

Throughout my career, I've worked with children and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I believe in creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly and collaboratively work towards your goals.

My approach to therapy

An effective approach to therapy varies depending on needs, preferences, and the type of mental health concerns presented.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, goal-oriented approach focusing on identifying and changing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. Clients develop coping skills, challenge negative beliefs, and learn new ways of thinking.
  • Trauma-informed therapy recognizes the impact of past trauma on mental health and emphasizes safety, empowerment, & collaboration.

What you can expect from me

Clients in therapy with you can expect to take away several valuable insights and tools to support their mental health and personal growth. Here's what they might expect:

  1. Increased Self-Awareness
  2. Improving Coping Skills and Emotional Regulation
  3. Validation and Support
  4. Personal Growth and Empowerment
  5. Increased Resilience
