My name is Tiffany Graham and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate. I have experience with mental health and substance use therapy including working with teens and adults. I use a cognitive behavioral focus to help you reach self actualization and navigate specific challenges .
I see you as a unique individual and work to create a unique treatment plan with you. Together we can work through anxiety, depression or other life issues; focusing on your goals. I help clients move into maintenance therapy attending weekly, biweekly or monthly. I try to learn about each individual client and find ways to help you incorporate meaningful changes! I have experience with teens & adults on a wide range of mental health and substance use disorders.
I help examine how thought patterns influence behaviors and navigate how to use this information to change or improve your daily life! I also work with you on how your past may influence your present and changing these messages as needed. I incorporate humor into therapy as well and I believe that we all need to laugh when we can to help ease us through difficult and painful situations.
