Tiffany has been a therapist since 2005 specializing in relationship, trauma and addiction concerns. A former Clinical Director, Adjunct Professor, and Supervisor of Therapists in Training she strives to continually develop her craft by increasing knowledge and skill. Further training includes: Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Complementary Alternative Medicine, Neurofeedback and Somatic interventions.

My approach to therapy

Bringing together new research in neuroplasticity, cognitive behavioral strategies, trauma informed interventions, emotional regulation skills and nutritional/alternative therapies to address the whole and integrated person.
