Hello there, my name is Tiffany. I am a person, an aunt, a daughter, a mother, a sister and wonderful wife. I hold a master's degree in social work and a secondary study in alcohol and drug counseling. I would like to think my specialty is alcohol and substance dependence treatment, however you cannot work on dependence without addressing mental wellness.
My approach to therapy is simple: I show up with intention, compassion, and support. I create a space where you can feel heard, challenged, and encouraged as you work toward the life you want.
In return, I ask that you show up for yourself with the same intention. Be open to the process, willing to do the work, and willing to believe that change is possible. I believe our thoughts shape the way we experience the world, and when we begin to change how we think, we can begin to change how we live.
Growth isn't always easy. It can be uncomfortable, and at times even painful. But it is absolutely possible. You are more capable than you may realize, and you don't have to do it alone.
During our first session, my goal is simply to get to know you. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you're hoping to gain from the experience, and how I can best support you on your healing journey. There's no pressure to have everything figured out—it's simply a conversation. Together, we'll begin exploring your experiences, processing what's been weighing on you, and creating a path toward healing and growth.
