Great to meet you!

I’m Tiffany, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with nearly a decade of experience working with adults navigating some of life’s harder seasons. I specialize in perinatal mental health, therapy for dads, grief and loss, women’s issues, confidence and self-worth, anxiety, low mood, and interpersonal relationships. I work via telehealth with individuals in Oregon, California, and Arizona.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and skills-based. I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and takes notes — I show up as my genuine self and work best with people who are ready to do more than just talk about it.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and restructure the thought patterns keeping them stuck. Early on we’ll build a shared language around what’s happening — and from there, you’ll learn to respond rather than react. I also draw on Gottman Method, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused approaches depending on what each client needs. The goal is always tools you can actually use — not just insight without action.

My work centers on the experiences that often go unseen or minimized. New mothers struggling with more than the baby blues. Dads who expected to feel excited and instead feel lost. People carrying a grief the world moved on from too quickly. Anyone sitting with anxiety or a low mood they can’t quite shake. Anyone caught in the same relationship patterns wondering why it keeps happening. Anyone who’s been their own harshest critic for as long as they can remember.

You don’t have to be in crisis to deserve support. If something feels off, that’s enough to reach out.

What you can expect from me

Through a collaborative and goal-focused approach, I will help you break free from unhelpful thought patterns, build effective coping mechanisms, improve your relationships, and achieve a healthier, more fulfilling life. If you're ready to take the first step toward lasting change, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation before we commit to anything — it’s low pressure and a great way to see if we’re a good fit. If you are unable to book a time directly, please reach out to me at [email protected]
