Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a licensed therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's complex challenges. My background spans working with clients navigating anxiety, perfectionism, relationship shifts, and identity development. I believe that reaching out for support takes courage and my priority is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and understood.. Together we will honor your unique life experiences and build a practical pathways toward meaningful growth.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, empathetic, and tailored to your specific needs. I blend evidenced-based techniques-including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Therapy, Couples Therapy, and culturally responsive, trauma-informed care to help you gain insight and actionable skills. Rather than a one-size-fits all approach, I view our work as a dynamic partnership where you remain the expert of your own life, while I provide guidance, perspective, and tools.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a gentle, supportive space designed to help us get to know each other at a comfortable pace. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your current goals and history, and answer any questions you have about the process. There is no pressure to share everything right away--the initial goal is to simply to build trust, establish clarity on what you want to achieve, and ensure you feel supported as we outline our work together.
