Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Tiffany Peeler. I’m a school counselor and therapist with a passion for helping children, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges. I started my career as a classroom teacher, where I spent over eleven years supporting students in public education. It was there I discovered my calling—working with children facing emotional and behavioral struggles.

To deepen my impact, I earned a master’s in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health from Spring Arbor University. Today, I work with clients ages three through adulthood, using a compassionate, solution-focused approach. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where healing and growth can begin.

Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, I’m here to help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each individual’s unique story. I believe that healing begins in a safe, supportive space—one where clients feel seen, heard, and valued without judgment.

I primarily use Solution-Focused Therapy, which emphasizes identifying strengths, setting goals, and building on what’s already working in your life. This approach is practical, empowering, and forward-looking, helping clients create meaningful change in manageable steps.

While Solution-Focused Therapy is my core framework, I integrate other therapeutic modalities based on the needs of each client. These may include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – to help recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns
  • Play-Based Techniques – particularly effective when working with younger children
  • Mindfulness and Emotional Regulation Tools – to increase self-awareness and coping skills
  • Person-Centered Therapy – to ensure a compassionate, individualized experience

What you can expect from me

I work with clients across the lifespan—from young children to adults—supporting them through challenges such as anxiety, behavior concerns, emotional regulation, school-related stress, life transitions, and more.

Above all, I believe that each person already holds the capacity for healing and growth. My role is to walk alongside you, offering tools, encouragement, and a safe environment to explore what healing looks like for you.
