Great to meet you!

My goal in therapy is to support individuals within a safe and nurturing environment that empowers them to create meaningful change and sustain that growth over time. While change can often feel difficult, with the right guidance and support, it is absolutely possible.

My professional experience includes providing care to children, adolescents, adults, seniors, couples, and families in both outpatient and inpatient settings. I am dually licensed (Licensed Professional Counselor & Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor) and have been in the field since 2011.

Currently only accepting individuals for individual therapy. I help individuals with a wide area of issues and concerns. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: alcohol use, anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, codependency, depression, drug abuse, grief, life transitions, parenting, peer relationships, relationship issues, self esteem, stress, trauma and PTSD,

women's issues.

It would be an honor to support and guide you on your journey toward positive change.

My approach to therapy

I strongly believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and the importance of building a strong, trusting connection between therapist and client. I strive to bring empathy, understanding, and validation into every session to create a supportive and meaningful space for growth. I utilize a lot of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques with the session and sprinkle in some other techniques from other therapies. CBT focuses on identifying and modifying dysfunctional thoughts, behaviors, and emotions to solve current problems.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will complete an assessment together. I will ask questions to better understand what has brought you to therapy and to learn more about your concerns, needs, and goals.
