Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than ten years of experience, I am passionate about walking alongside clients as they work toward their therapeutic goals. My practice is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story. I completed my Master of Social Work at the University of Texas at Arlington and earned my Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Miami University in Ohio, and these foundations continue to shape my commitment to evidence‐informed, client‐centered care. Whether supporting individuals through life transitions, emotional challenges, or personal growth, I strive to create a safe, non‐judgmental space where we can work together in meaningful partnership.

My approach to therapy

Seeking support is often the hardest and most courageous step a person can take, and I strive to make the process feel safe and collaborative from the start. My approach to therapy is grounded in a supportive, strengths‐based perspective, where we work together to understand your experiences and move toward meaningful change. In a fully virtual setting, I help clients explore their thoughts and feelings and identify their goals in a non‐judgmental space, so they can develop coping strategies that fit their unique needs and circumstances. I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches—including strengths‐based perspectives, mindfulness practices, solution‐focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy—to create a flexible, personalized experience that supports growth, resilience, and healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we begin getting to know one another and clarify what brought you to therapy. Together, we explore your goals, discuss what you hope to gain from our work, and identify the initial steps that feel most supportive. My focus is on creating a safe, non‐judgmental environment where you can speak openly, feel heard, and start building a partnership that guides the rest of your therapeutic journey.
