Great to meet you!

Finding a therapist you actually trust takes courage. I'm Tiffany, a licensed counselor (LCMHC) with seven-plus years of experience and more than a decade in the Marine Corps, where I first learned what it means to truly show up for someone. I've worked with children, adolescents, college students, adults, couples, families, hospital patients, and military families across many of life's hardest seasons. Whatever brought you here, I'm ready to meet you there: no judgment, just a real partnership built on trust and genuine care. I'd love to connect.

My approach to therapy

I see counseling as a special connection between a therapist and a client. It's all about building trust through genuine empathy, openness, and a safe, non-judgmental space. I work to meet and understand my clients where they are, offering them validation and really listening to their life story.

Everyone has their own unique experiences and challenges that shape their choice, emotional wellbeing, thoughts, pain and struggles. I use a mix of therapeutic techniques that supports each client's needs and goals. Working together I believe the client can learn to take control of their life through empowerment, support, and guidance.

What you can expect from me

Our first conversation is just that: a conversation. I'll take time to understand where you're coming from, what has been weighing on you, and what you're hoping changes. You get to ask questions, share what feels right, and help shape where we go together. By the end of that first session, you won't have a perfect plan, but you will have a clearer sense that you don't have to figure this out alone
