Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with five years of experience supporting clients through healing and personal growth. I earned my Master of Social Work from Northeastern State University in 2021 and have worked in community mental health since becoming licensed.

My career began working with children and families, and I later transitioned to primarily serving adults. I continue to enjoy working with both populations — each brings unique strengths, challenges, and stories. My own life experiences are what led me into this field, and they continue to shape my commitment to showing up with empathy, authenticity, and respect.

I believe therapy is a space where people can rediscover themselves, process the past, and learn healthier ways to move forward. My goal is to walk alongside my clients as they build insight, resilience, and confidence — and to support them in healing, growing, and creating lives that feel more aligned with who they truly are.

My approach to therapy

As an LCSW, I believe therapy should feel like a safe conversation — supportive, honest, and centered around what matters most to you. My style is calm, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I help clients manage anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, and major life transitions by combining evidence-based practices with genuine connection.

I see people as more than their symptoms. We’ll explore patterns, build practical coping tools, and strengthen resilience so you can feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.

My goal is to create a space where you feel understood and empowered to grow — at your own pace. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is mostly about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and any questions or concerns you may have. I’ll explain confidentiality, how therapy works, and what our sessions might look like moving forward. You won’t be pressured to share more than you’re ready for — the pace is always yours. Together, we’ll start building a plan that feels supportive, safe, and focused on your needs.
