Great to meet you!

Driven by the core values of Love, Encourage, Inspire, and Empower, I am passionate about helping people overcome life’s challenges and pursue their goals. With a deep belief in non-judgmental, empathetic listening, I work collaboratively with clients to understand their unique stories, emotions, and aspirations, guiding them strategically toward meaningful growth and self-defined success.

I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Webster University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of South Carolina. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I bring over 15 years of experience across counseling, healthcare, insurance, and coaching. I’m trained in evidence-based practices like CBT and CPT, and provide individual, family, and group therapy, including through telemental health.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe in meeting people where they are—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually—and helping them move toward the life they envision for themselves.

At the heart of my work is the belief in the power of non-judgmental listening. I create a safe space where clients feel truly heard and understood. From that foundation, I work strategically with each person to uncover their strengths, clarify their goals, and develop actionable steps forward.

I integrate evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), along with a trauma-informed lens, to support healing and transformation.
