Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor through the State of Michigan and nationally certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have been providing counseling services for over 10 years and have worked within the juvenile justice system, various school districts, and community mental health agencies.

My approach to therapy

My primary approach is an integration of person-centered, mindfulness-based, and cognitive behavioral therapies. I believe a trusting working relationship between counselor and client is important and I strive to achieve that collaboration. I am dedicated to assisting children, teens, individuals, and families in overcoming life's challenges and struggles, rebuilding and strengthening relationships, and experiencing deeper satisfaction in one's life.

What you can expect from me

I seek to develop genuine and collaborative relationships with my clients and to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where every individual feels heard and is encouraged to be themselves as they navigate through the therapeutic process.
